Taking OMAPURE™ : Dosage and Directions
Dosage
Each bottle of OMAPURE™ comes with 120 pharmaceutical grade softgels.
The suggested daily dose is 4 softgels per day for individuals who want to capture the clinically proven anti-inflammatory benefits from OMAPURE™’s primary active ingredient, EPA.

The National Institute of Health reports that clinical trials for chronic inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis commonly use doses with a minimum of 1.7 grams of EPA.1 OMAPURE™’s suggested daily dose delivers 1.7 grams of EPA and about 2.5 grams of total Omega-3 fatty acids.
OMAPURE™’s dose is safe and free from serious side effects. The U.S. FDA classifies intake of up to 3 grams of Omega-3 fatty acids as GRAS (Generally Regarded as Safe). 1
Administration
The daily dose may be taken as two doses (2 softgels taken twice) or a single dose (4 softgels taken at once).
It is recommended, but not necessary, to take OMAPURE™ prior to a meal with water.
